Identifying  the energy wastages in a systematic way through monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, documenting it, finding the opportunities for energy conservation and recommending the energy performance improvement action plans to the organizations/ plant/multistory commercial complexes without  compromising on quality, quantity and comfort of the workmen.

Energy audit requires lot of planning ,monitoring ,measurement ,analysis ,evaluation ,preparation of energy audit report, recommending energy saving projects, quantifying energy saving in KWH /year and in monetary terms RS/- year as well as payback periods in months.

Remaining life assessment of static and rotating mechanical and electrical equipment based on routine and predictive testing and maintenance measurement results like , vibration measurement & analysis, Ultrasonic thickness survey , ultra sonic flow measurements, System head measurement, power output measurement, hydro testing of pipes, fittings,valves, safety valves , pressure vessels, energy performance and efficiency calculation of equipment etc.

Electrical Processes

1-Power Quality Analysis for operational / Network problems:

We use ELESPEC-G-3500 ,Fluke-435-II & Fluke-1735 Power Quality Analyzers to carry out Power Quality Analysis in the Electrical  Network  to find out:

  • Any operational problem in the network like transient, swell ,sag ,electronic switching, tripping of switchgears, burning of Electronic Components or any other anomaly suspected because of poor power quality conditions.
  • Identifying the reason for operational problems due to Power quality and whether the problem is in supply side or load side.
  • Possible Solutions& recommendations to rectify the problem with their cost analysis is submitted to clients.

 2-Harmonic Study:

The Harmonic Study is carried out to check the Harmonic distortion levels in the network and to subsequently identify the Source of Harmonic distortion.

A Harmonic Study will:

  • Identify the source of harmonic distortion whether from Load side or Source side.
  • Harmonic distortion shall have negative effect with other network components. It shall verify the same and suggest measures and solutions to avoid the negative interaction. 
  • Compliance with international standards like IEEE 519 or EN 610000
  • Defining type and rating of PFC equipment for these networks.
  • Design parameters of Harmonic Filters if required with their rating and Location.
  • Offering other solutions for mitigating harmonics.
3- Load Flow Analysis:

We carry out Load flow analysis on Mains and major Loads& following Parameters from 1 Hour to 7 days.( Maximum, Minimum and Average values

 Active Power& Energy (KW& KWH), all phases & equivalent

  • Apparent Power& Energy (KVA& KVAH) equivalent 
  • Reactive Power& Energy (KVAR & KVARH)

Analysis of above data shall help to determine how the system will operate in normal cycle and emergency conditions and during different parts of day or Week. P.F compensation system, real time , Automatic or fixed installed in the network are also checked for their effect on the network. 

The Load flow analysis has following advantages

  • Helps in future planning and present day operations by showing how the electrical system will perform during normal, emergency and various time slots of day or any period, may be week or month as defined by the customer.
  • It helps in minimizing energy cost by determining the location and size of power factor correction capacitors on each load
  • Helps in determining the proper voltage selection through transformer tap settings so that the correct voltage will be present in the network.
  • Determining the capacity utilization of major Loads.
  • Suggestion for improvement in Network efficiency.

4-Load Monitoring and recording Services:
We offers Load Monitoring and data recording services as per defined Incomer and Load points by customer. The purpose is to record the Power parameters like KW, KVA etc. for their peak, average etc. on the feeder. This service will provide to the customers their Load demand which can be for 24 Hours, 7 days or upto 30 days period.

The data recorded shall be analyzed and recommendations  given to Customer in Excel (tabular and graphical format).

5-Rotating equipment like HT & L.T. MOTORS:
